Is this really a hypothetical question?
It sounds to me like someone got really hurt and would rather not forgive the sinner. However, Jesus told us that if we did not forgive others, he would not forgive us. It's a tough one, but it makes sense. Kinda like the servant whose master forgave him the huge debt the servant owed to him. The servant then went out and throttled his friend because he owed him a moderate debt. When the master heard about what he'd done, he had him jail until he'd paid up for the original debt.
But it is difficult to forgive when your heart is aching and you feel like your love has been betrayed. The best thing is to work it through.
There's really two questions here. 1) Do you forgive her and 2) do you trust her. Forgiving is one thing, but if this has happenned you should think twice about jumping into any commitment. Give it more time and see if she really has changed. You'll know by the "fruit of the Spirit". If you are already married then I guess you'll have to get some counselling if you can't work it out between you.
As for her eternal destiny, ultimately God is the judge and knows her heart.

If she repented and what I mean by that is, she confessed her sin to God and said forgive me, what I did was wrong and I will no longer live this way. She is forgiven by God. However, that does not mean her husband is going to be so forgiving. Anyone who repents can go to heaven, but it has to be a true repent, not like okay, god, I'm going to stop doing this and that, so forgive me and then two days later you walk out the door and do it again. God knows are hearts.

Salvation by grace, yes, but not once saved, always saved.
Sorry. I don't see your sentiment expressed as truth anywhere in God's word.
1Corinthians 6:9 says, "Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind..."
You can accept Jesus as savior and still end up living as an unrighteous person. However, as a Christian, when you turn from your sin and repent, you are forgiven.

If she is truly saved, she will go to Heaven. Being saved doesn't mean that you are perfect, it just means that you are forgiven. All have sinned and have fallen short of the glory of God. As long as we're in the world, we will still nave the sin nature. But make no mistake. God is not mocked. For whatsoever a man soweth, that he shall also reap. Sin does not go unpunished. God does chastise His children. But, if you are truly saved, and you can continue to commit the same sin over and over and over, and feel no remorse or conviction about it, you may want to check your salvation. There is a big difference between a head knowledge and a heart acceptance of salvation through Jesus Christ.

Isn't God great??!! He forgives all sins, including rape and murder, if they are confessed and forsaken. And yes, the law of the land may require forfeiture of one's life for such heinous crimes, yet that person can be saved in God's eternal kingdom. As for the woman in your question, I know that there is a text that says that if one deliberately sins, such sin cannot be forgiven. ONE text. Whereas, there are many others that say that if any sin is confessed and forsaken, it is forgiven. Is this a contradiction or did I miss something somewhere? God is not willing that any should perish. Sorry about the preaching. Yes, it is possible that she can be saved in God's eternal kingdom.

She is a Christian woman, so she already has an advocate with the Father. And now, she is getting married. She sinned, but God has also forgiven her sin.
Instead of worrying about her past, why not wish for her a happy future?

Fornication is a sin, unless she repents then she is outside of God's grace. Those outside of His grace don't go to heaven. If she gets right with God, asking forgiveness and repenting, then she will be forgiven.

Jesus defended a woman who was caught in adultery, in the very act. He told the men who were gathered around her to stone her, that he who is without sin, cast the first stone. One by one the men walked away, then Jesus said to her. Where are your accusers? He said that he forgives her and that she was go "go and sin no more." I believe that he was teaching that God is a forgiving God and that those who repent from their sins and trust in Him are forgiven.
So, I would say that a woman who falls into sexual sin and then repents (turns away from her sin) can be forgiven and go to heaven.

As the bible says, "All have sinned and come short of the glory of God" and "by grace are we saved through faith, not by works, lest any man should boast". Our salvation is based on God's grace because we are imperfect and unable to be prefect on our own. If this woman TRUELY repents and asks for forgiveness then it will be given. Christ himself clearly went out of his way to reach out to sinners. Ours is not to judge another. "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone." Since all have sinned, we cannot judge another, only God has that perfect right.

ALL sins can be forgiven when repented of. The repentanted christian will NOT live a lifestyle of sin of any kind.the Christian goal will always to walk with God.
