Well as a male sufferer of IBS, I have never had Anal performed on me, as I am Hetero, but I can understand how you feel. Are you using enough lubrication? Also make sure you have a good BM before hand, so that you are empty before you perform this. If you have a loving and understanding partner, he will be OK with it, and yes, I do believe that Anal is probably causing you to have the urge to go.

If you go to your doctor, he will might be able to prescribe an antispasmodic drug, which helps the colon from spazzing and squeezing.
