Prune Juice. I have not heard of anyone who has said this does not work. It does taste... different, but it makes you feel not-so-different also.
Just take a half-glass when you get up and before bed. Two days you be 'going' like normal again.

Get a carton of whole milk, 5 cups cream, 10 scoops YooHoo chocolate flavor, put it in a blender & hoover it!
