would someone please tel me how,and were to find my recorded tv?

shows and transfer them to my burning software,any and all help would be greatly appreciated. I am running a windows xp with media center.thanks.

i would like to transfer it to my divx player\burner in order to put more on the disc,for my children.

I would first try (search )and put name of show you recorded .When the shows are found right click and send to your recording software.
