Where do I buy blanket lining for making draperies?

I need to buy large quantities at wholesale for making draperies.

Not sure you are using the correct phrase-- insulated drapery lining fabric should do it. That is-- if you are after insulation?

Joann Fabrics or any fabric place. The salespeople are very knowledge and give you plenty of advice.
