Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

Helpful Tips to lose weight

Many people are really exasperated with the same old tips for weight loss. Therefore we have added a few different tips to lose weight below:

Always find a chance to move around. Do not use a vehicle if you are able to walk. Preferably run around if you have the time. Almost 70% of your calories are burned in this process. Instead of depending on magical ways to lose weight, apply your own efforts by eating less and moving more.

Reduce your junk food intake and stick to wholesome foods such as fruits and vegetables. Imagine your body as the machine to burn your weight and actually perform the workouts.
Do not plan dieting because it is not a solution for a longer duration. You can easily feel tired by following a particular diet pattern for a shorter duration. It reduces your rate of metabolism by draining away the water content and retaining the fat content.

I did Power 90 and am doing Turbo Jam now. Both are very effective. I find that I have to work twice as hard to get the same results I got 20 years ago. I also fence and go scuba diving... and am eating a high protein diet... no junk.
Depending on your level of fitness, you might want to take it easy going into it. don't make the same mistake I made. When I picked up fencing again, I thought I was 25 and went up against some 19 year old guys and ripped the tendons in both knees because I didn't want to lose (ego thing, you know). What a wake-up call that was lol.
Good luck !!

It all comes down to one thing: eat less, exercise more. There is no pill, no magic cure. The real cure is consistency and time. Work out, make working out a part of your life. Make nutrition a part of your life. Learn about nutrition and weight loss (I recommend the "For Dummies" series -- straightforward, down to earth, practical, great cartoons too!).

Good luck. I'm 38, and need to lose over 100 lbs, because I grew up not knowing anything about nutrition. Those metabolic changes after 18 and then after 25 really caught up with me. Now I know what I need to know, and I've changed my eating habits, changed my life in fact, and working out is now a part of my life and will be forever. But it's going to take time. Working out and eating right is going to be a part of my life forever.

Plan your cheats. You cannot be virtuous all the time, so plan once a month to have a rich treat, so you won't feel deprived and then binge.

And no matter what, you will fall off the wagon. You'll eat wrong, but every meal is another chance to eat right. You'll not exercise for a while -- stuff in life happens -- but just get back on it again, and keep going. That's what's important.

Best of luck to you. Cheers, K

Mostly cardio - running, eliptical machine for 20 - 30 min every other or every day - add some weight lifting on the off days - use free weights and machines. Plan your meals ahead of each day - take your lunch - try to eat smaller meals periodically throughout the day. For example, non-fat yogurt with fresh fruit is awesome - cheese and crackers, spinich salad with a variety of other veggies, 1/2 a bagel - or try the Whey protein shakes with soy milk - add a banana or strawberries - it's like drinking a milkshake if you find a protein powder you like. And have fun with it. Allow yourself a snack once in a while - like a handful of choc covered almonds. If you get in the routine of working out - you just may enjoy it - try working out in the morning - works best for me.

I'm not in my forties but the best results I ever had was weight watchers and going to curves. they say portion size and exercise are the best ways to lose weight. I believe out of experience exercise plays a major role even just walking three times a week can help but it has to be fast enough to get your heartbeat elevated above normal just above normal walking. as far as eating read the label eat only what the serving size says. so many of us eat two or three servings without even knowing it. I lost 28 pounds doing weight watchers and lots of water.

There are no shortcuts, quicker way or a best way, to lose bodyfat.
It is as simple as Diet + Exercise + Patience = Results.
Remember that and you will do well.
Good Luck.

It's pretty simple. I joined curves and started watching my sugar and fat intake. Drink lots of water. I lost 30 pounds in three months. And I ate what I wanted but just remember the key is sugar and fat intake. Good luck!

Throw out all of your 11" dinner plates and replace them with 9" dinner plates.

Seriously. Instant 20% reduction in portion size, calories, carbs, etc...

Oh, and exercise doesn't hurt either.
