You may find out if there is any Christian Directory sort of thing published by someone.

In Kerala several Christian families do have regular family unions or get togethers. Some call it "Kutumbayogam". Some of them have even published their history and family tree in detail. Inquire with some of your relatives if any such thing is available.

Contact the church of your parents/grand parents. Find out people with the same family name and discover relationships.

I have done a fair job of tracing my heritage using ancestry.com. It's a very thorough and comprehensive site that is constantly updated.

Try the Mormon website www.familysearch.com
Also check out the message boards at www.ancestry.com
www.genealogy.com www.rootsweb.com

I just checked the message board at Ancestry.com and i do not see that surname posted. What you can do is start a message board for your last name there and you would be the administrator for that board.
