You should confirm your flight on the web site of the airline you are flying with or phone their call center. On generic travel web sites you can only book a flight, not confirm one that has already been booked elsewhere.

www.cheapfares.com will give you the best prices for all airlines. It also will give you rates on hotels, car rentals, etc.
