I want to burn all my body fat for the summer. im 12 years old and 80 pounds . only 4 feet 9 inches though. how can i burn this fat for the summer to be nice and skinny? what exercises can i do? I NEED TO DO THIS BY AUGUST. thank you! best answer gets 10 points!

If your only 80 pounds then there cant be too much fat? I would suggest just start running/jogging doin some sit-ups and try not to eat too much sugar or fat like candy or pop or junk food. Just dont starve yourself or anything like that. GOOD LUCK! =D

From what you tell me, I don't think someone like you do not need to lose weight, but if you need suggestions, try doing ab crunches and sit-ups.

Do chin-ups---except you hang your feet over a chin-up bar and trying to touch your chin to the bar.
