it is according on where you live whether you will get it under 300 dollars. try your local newspaper. you can find shihtzu breeders online try to find one in the southeast purebreeds tend to sell cheaper down here for some reason. hope you find one good luck

um.......if you are looking for a Shih Tzu that is registerd than I don't think you will find one but you can look in the papper, in an Animal Shelter or some breeders around your area. If you see some in the papper I think people try to sell them for 500 and up.
