Ha! Wow, this is incredible. You need to learn some critical thinking skills, because this is ridiculous! What makes you think that out of all the religions out there, yours is the one and the ONLY one that is right? Perhaps there is a god - and Christians, Buddhists, Muslims etc. just have different ways of worshiping this god, or different ideas of what this god is like.

There is no way for you to know that your ideas are any more right than their ideas. The bible was written by a human, not god. If god wrote the bible, why doesn't he magically write something else now? If all these magical things happened at the time of the bible, why don't they happen now (or any time since then)? The bible contains stories - stories that are meant to convey a message about what is right or wrong. But that doesn't mean the stories are true, why must you all take everything so literally? Doesn't it seem a little ridiculous that God would be like "you MUST worship me in a church - NOT A MOSQUE, OH NO NOT THAT!" I mean come on now - they are both buildings that you go to worship god. Religions are all ways of worshiping god. You sir, are the one who's been lied to your whole life.

That would be unkind, and as a Christian, you should not be unkind. Puts you in an awkward position, doesn't it? They probably think that YOU have been lied to your whole life about what to believe as well. (By the way, the Muslim God and the Christian God are one and the same--as is the Jewish God. It's just a matter of divergence regarding the whole Messiah issue, and various religious practices.)

Well I dont.. I pray for my friends who do not believe what I do.. I pray that thru me they will see.. I am very open minded.. that doesnt mean that I am not strong on what I believe its just that people do not take well to someone even a friend telling them that what they believe is wrong. Find something in common that both your religions believe..and have discussions on why you believe what you do.. and be all prayed up so that the Holy Spirit can take over and do the job. Dont be so hard headed that you turn your friend away! Good Luck

I thought that was the point of Christianity, to convert everyone to the one right way. Hell that's the point of a lot of organized religions but Christianity is pretty big here in the USofA. I was raised Lutheran and boy was I shocked when I found out I'd been lied to my whole life. But I wasn't that I found the ONE. I found that there are many and that none are the one right way. Only the one that's right for you. Please quit telling everyone that they are wrong and only your way is right. How do you think a lot of these wars start?

You don't. You should respect ALL of God's creatures, including mankind. Obviously YOUR God is not the ONLY God. Isn't it enough that they believe in a higher power and are trying to live a good, clean life? Not everyone shares your personal beliefs but you can try to respect the decisions of others.

Christianity is based on faith, not knowledge. Knowledge of Truth is actually not knowledge at all...It is a chosen or taught belief!

Your Christian faith will help you to journey to Him. It will help you to make the correct choices along the way. Many religions teach a similar journey of correct choices. It may be more just to not assume that the current journey of people from other religions will certainly not lead to Him, nor that yours certainly will, and then keep making your own correct choices to, faithfully, stay on your own 'path' to Him.

Being a good person may very well be more correct than being right!

I don't.
As a Christian Pastor I engage them in intelligent discourse and over time the Holy Spirit allows them to see with open eyes and hear with ears that hear.
It is only the job of Christians to share their faith with others. This can best be accomplished through intelligent discourse as opposed to shout and name calling, which isn't hardly Christian like anyway.
Another example is the manner in which you conduct your life.
The worst thing you can do is try to beat them up with the Bible.
It your faith not theirs therefore the Bible means very little to them.
Patience, compassion and understanding are the best tools you have.

It is the height of arrogance for someone to say, "MY religion is real, and yours is false. MY God is real, and yours is imaginary." What gives anyone the right to say this? Nobody has the slightest bit of proof that there are any gods, devils, angels, genies, or any of the multitude of creatures that human imagination has conjured up. These beings exist only in people's wishful thinking, not in reality.

Forget religion.

Christ is the path of salvation.
Christ is the truth of God's Word.
Christ is the life eternal.

Joh 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Christ is the tree of life.

Gen 3:22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:

How do you know you're not the one who's been lied to. Quit being judgemental of others. Religion is man made. You will find out the day you die. Wouldn't it be funny...you thinking you're high and mighty...you die...and there is no God. Or God is really Buddha.
