i have been with him on and off for a year now and we have talked about getting married and moving in together but i feel its time to do that now before school starts in AUG what can i say to him to get him to see its time.
HOW can i tell him that i only what to be with him as well.

On and Off for a Year. I don't wanna rain on yah but, it sounds to me like he's Jerking you around. If you move in together GOOD LUCK with the Marriage. If he doesn't wanna Commit now why would he commit after you move in together.

if you are indeed getting married why not just wait until then? you have the rest of your lives to be together in that "special way" and it will be that much more special if you do wait. If he truly loves you he'll respect you even more and wait for you as long as you need!
