Voiding means to pee. Obstructive voiding dysfunction is a problem with peeing due to something in the way. It could be an enlarged prostate in a man or a cyst, etc.... QO mean every other night..... Q stands for every in medical terms and O stands for other...

Voiding means peeing. I don't know what the second statement you quoted is trying to say. If you post the entire thing, maybe I could explain better.

void main (void): It represents that "main" function does not return any value as well as does not accept any parameter/arguments. In old compilers it was mandate to specify void in parenthesis in case main is not going to accept any parameters. but these days you may need to use like below only: void main()

"voiding" means defecating. ie. going to bathroom. I've never head to "at bedtime qo night." Are you sure you heard that right?
