you can eat applesauce, milkshakes, ice cream, jello, soft-boiled eggs, maybe scrambled eggs if you're up to it, cream of wheat, pudding, creamed corn...

You can check out this website:
(Scroll down to Soft Food Diet and click on the link.)

And this website is pretty good too:

Hope you feel better soon!! :)

Gotta hurt like hell. Have a smoothie. I'd say that you should opt for more protein things, until the pain is gone. You know milk shakes, yogurt, rice could be okay if in small portions. You know you can actually have your vegetables, just chop em up finely or mash them. Boiled carrots are smooth and peas are good. Best of luck!

Diet (24 hours after removal of wisdom teeth) may consist of soft foods which can be easily chewed and swallowed. No seeds, nuts, rice, popcorn, etc. Have your meals at the usual time. Eat what you wish, but be careful not to disturb the blood clot. Add solid foods to your diet as soon as they are comfortable to chew.

Tres Leches. Here's the recipe. Cook white rice according to package directions. Then add some milk and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Microwave for 20 seconds. Enjoy!

you could have those super-tenderly meat that sort of dissolves in your mouth. this goes the same with biscuits. but, i'd advise you to stay with the soup. it's safer that way. =)

p.s: oh sorry, i didn't see the little note that you're a vegetarian! well, you could just go with the biscuits that dissolves in your mouth.

I love milkshakes when I had mine out, also applesauce (yum!!), baked potatoes with sour cream, and pudding. Hey, when else can you eat like that?

Put whatever you feel like eating into a blender/juicer. I think I could live on smoothies. Yum.
