help! i was looking thru the camera and all of a sudden it said no images found! all my pics are gone!?

Do not panic!!

First thing first, ensure that batteries are fully charged..

Next, go to playback and see whether the pics are still there...

If yes, good.. if not...

if not, connect your camera to the computer.. open the files using my computer.. check whether images are in that drive...

if yes, transfer them to your computer asap.. if not...

if not... check the properties of that drive (your camera drive).. is the file size used small?

if yes, means someone has deleted the photos... if no...

if the file size used is big, it means that the files are possibly still in there and is hidden or something like that.. bring the card and the camera to your nearest service centre.. they should have a software to help retrieve your pictures..

ask around your family members perhaps to check whether they did play around with your camera.. cause they may have formatted the card without realising it..

i fully understand how you feel.. i've been there before.. i believe it was my brother's friend who mingled with my camera.. there was like 200++ pictures.. damn them.. but when i question, everyone says they don't know.. cause i can be pretty fierce when i'm pissed.. hahah...

anyway.. i wish you the best of luck.. remember to always save them in your computer as backup.. get an external hard disk drive too to save the pictures in case your computer goes haywire..
