The best place to look for minimum price -free dental work is dental schools. When students are about to take their practical boards to get their license they need "patients". And that is the time that soon-to-be-doctors/dentist do their absolute best work because they are being graded on it.
Also there are doctors in Mexico that do very good work for real cheap.

Dental schools are a good place to get dentures, but honestly, you'll need many appointments, so unless you're retired it may not be worth the time. Affordable Dentures and other denture practices usually are the most inexpensive. However, you'll most likely get what you pay for. I'd only go to a Mexico dentist if he/she was trained in the U.S. and was licensed in the U.S. A lot of work I've seen coming out of Mexico actually harmed the patient more than helped them.

Thailand is one of the interesting options as there have so many dentists graduated and well trained in Europe and US. Hospitals and Clinics are high standard which are reflected in their ISO 9001 accreditation. You may find the reference from CBS TV' 60 minutes and in Time Magazine. The price is about 1/3 - 1/4 price back to US. The price for Denture at first class hospitals with very specilize dentists is about USD 200 - USD 500 (max. price) It's depend on how many teeth. The cost for living in Thailand is very reasonable. You can buy a meal at USD 1.50 (not in big restaurant). Hotel price range are varied from USD 15 and 3 stars at USD 30 and more for 4 and 5 stars. Airfare is approx. USD 1,000 (USA-BKK-USA). There is one of Medical Care Agency in Thailand that I would like to recommend which you can get a better price or the same price as walk-in rate (no service fee charged) for the dental treatment, you may visit www.healthylivingvacation.com. I would recommend you if you have to do for many teeth which is worth for travelling. You may enjoy the sun san sea atmosphere which plus for vacation.

agree with the dental college...not sure of your locastion but try to find the company called affordable dentures i think they have a package deal and if you get there before 9 a.m. you can get the same day

Go to a local College/University Dental School. They'll do it for a big discount or free depending on what you are getting done.
