Let's start with the good effects. It makes you happy or less miserable. Some people can't hold their alcohol and instead of making them happy it turns them into ***holes. Beer has calories and carbohydrates. Lo and behold. Beer belly.
Now for the alcohol. Alcohol displaces oxygen in the bloodstream. Less oxygen in the blood, less oxygen getting to the brain. This is the mechanics of being drunk. Alcohol is technically a poison to your body. It is the job of the liver and kidneys to rid the body of toxins. In processing alcohol these organs (especially the liver) are robbed of vital nutrients thus causing a breakdown of cell tissue which does not grow back. If signifigantly abused alcohol can cause liver and/or kidney failure and the death of a whopping number of brain cells. However, all should be well in moderation. As far as starting at 15 instead of 21. Don't get caught until your of age.

Beer makes you pee! It will flush out your kidneys. I have uncles that have been drinking beer forever on a daily basis. Each has had other non-related health problems and the doctors always tell them the beer drinking has spared the liver and kidneys.

Your liver progressively gets diseased. If you drink alcohol excessively, the liver begins to deteriorate; however; it is initially reversible. After several years of drinking, the liver reaches a stage called cirrhosis where it hardens and is no longer reversible. You could aslo get liver cancer. Alcohol also increases your chance of heart attack, stroke, and heart disease. Those are only some of the bad effects. The good effect? - It gets you drunk; but is that worth all of the diseases you could suffer from?

nothing as long as you are a responsible drinker. have one or two occasionally, is not going to kill you if you are responsible. that means not at parties with other 15-year-olds. At home with your parents permission. or go to Canada or Mexico witch ever one is closer. Just don't drive after a drink. Not even one. Alcohol, is a depressant. It loosen you, up. To much and you loose control of your self and crash. DON'T CRASH!

It makes you fat and it makes your sweat stink. At 15 it will also stunt your growth and lower your sperm count. On the good side it reduces your risk of getting prostate cancer.

same effect as any other alcohol drink. don't start too young or drink too much or you'll kill off brain cells and make an idiot of yourself when you're drunk.
