If you cannot reach your psychiatrist after hours,I would suggest calling a crisis hotline. They are often staffed by people who understand firsthand what you are going through and if need be,can put you in touch with a hospital's intake where they can help decide if you need immediate intervention,or can contact your doctor for you for further consideration as to what to do next.
Good luck!

Relax sweet, try and meditate
and clear your mind out,
work on what is depressing you.
See if it is something that important
that you would let it occupy your mind
so that you fall victim to your experience
in life. Its hard to tell you what to do
without knowing your history, but yes,
like some have mentioned,
go see or call your doctor as soon as
possible ...
Please try and relax, find a hobby if you can
so you can take and train your mind to be
some place else in thought, maybe create
for yourself an archetype to enhance your
psyche as in a tuning fork to retune your
thoughts back to a more meaningful way,
when you have these depressive modes
try and crystallize your feelings into symbols
and patterns to help guide you out of inner
harms way, stay out of those dark shadow
corners of your mind by taking hold of who
you are before your depressive states take over.
Try art, do you like to paint or create with
your hands or mind something new and
different which draws from your moods?
Echo your depression with creativity and please
try and not run in circles, you must find
harmony in who you are or could be,
the creativity will discipline you and give you
order and also express the changes you may
go through ...
But, please see or call your doctor.
Good luck dear .....

Ask your doctor for a seratonin uptake inhibitor. It slows down the brain's reabsorption of serotonin, thus increasing the levels of this hormone in your brain. Serotonin makes you feel good, happy, confident and clear-headed. It is totally natural and you will feel a significant difference within a week or two. It's worked wonders for me.
Good luck!

Talk to a doctor and get some medications. Take them if you already have them. If they need adjusted talk with a doctor and get them adjusted. Treatments are effective, but you may need to do some work to find the right medicine and dosage.

You're on a high cycle and you obviously aren't a rapid cycler. See you psychiatrist if your meds aren't working- they can switch the dosage or change your meds. In the meantime, you might be able to get a PRN to help you calm yourself and to sleep.

would it help you to get away from some of the influences you interact with a lot? Maybe go hang out with a friend just to have fun or if you have kids in your family you don't see a lot, nieces or nephews or something, go play with them just to go have some out of the box fun? That really cheers me up.

Try meditation. Isolate yourself in a quiet room and gather your thoughts. I do this when my life gets crazy. It also helps to write down things you need to do, and what's bothering you. Look at your writings and try to decide what the best actions may be. Good luck! :D
