he's speaking about Obi-Wan because he can sense the presence of a Jedi Knight. Sorry i become incorrect. Now I have had time to imagine about it slightly extra it become Luke and Obi-wan. I keep in mind the scene,. the first area of the sentence he senses a Jedi Knight, because Luke is now one. "I sense something" The very last area of the sentence he become speaking Obi-Wan. That become the finest time he felt a presence of a Jedi Knight " a presence i have not felt on account that" the inability of existence of Obi-Wan I also keep in mind Luke declaring that his "presence" by using being there might want to hazard all of us because he knows Darth Vader is after him and would sence him.
