I would like to know what these trees are. I see them in more upscale neighborhoods and often in front of doctors offices. I know they are not weeping cherrys( I know what those look like) but I have searched all over the Net and can't figure it out. They look very similar to a 'Young's Weeping Birch', but they're not the same. Does anyone have any idea what they are? Thank you!

Weeping birch, mulberry, cherry, contorted filbert, and most distinct a weeping pussy(kitten, yahoo won't let me type the p word) willow- different from weeping willow have all been available through commercial nurseries for a few years (including Home Depot). The weeping characteristic is a genetic anomaly that has been cultured and is currently very popular. The reason you see these in affluent neighborhoods is people are educated enough to know that investing in their community will enhance their property values. These trees are not too expensive, $30-$80, for 30 years enjoyment.
