Breville Compact from Lakeland. As the name suggests, it's not a monster, but will happily do 2lb loaves. Comes with recipes and also has a timer so you can wake up to the smell of fresh made bread.
If you want to give it as a gift or just want idiotproofed bread, also get a Laucke Flour boxed set from Lakeland - six bread machine mix packs from Down Under. Just add the right amount of water, plug in and dial the right cooking time.

YES! I got a Bifinett from a Lidl store for 39 Euro. They also sell bread mixes, all of them excellent (Landgut is the brand name), or you can follow your own recipes. No fuss, you spare a lot of time and power, and don't overheat your kitchen in summer. Excellent!

chefs a suitable loaf each and every time, I do the bread from scratch! although the packet mixes are reliable too. Dough for pizza is tasty, merely roll it skinny even as baking the pizza in the oven. ( a trick with pizza is to grease the dough beforehand you position topping on) that is my opinion that the bread oven makes delicious and clean bread, it would not save properly(a lot less preservities- reliable element) and that is extra severe priced. it ought to correctly be extra fattening than presented bread too. can make iced scrolls and jam too! a contact continually eliminate the blade on the bottom merely after utilising, dough can get stuck below or perhaps as it dries it really is demanding to eliminate from tin. bon appite!!

I have had a breadmaker for 18 months now and get about an 80% success rate. (sorry can't remember model)
I have found about 4 recipees that always work well so i generally stick to them.
However,,,,,,, strangely enough my mum has exactly the same model, bought at about the same time, from the same shop and even though we both use the same ingrediants and recipees ,,,,hers never turn out so well!!!!
Moral of the story is......... keep trying and don't assume its you if you get bad results.
