Any IQ test that claims to be able to tell if a child is a genius at 3 years old is likely not accurate or validated. The most accepted IQ test is the WISC (the Weschler Intelligence Scale for Children) tests mathematical abilities and language abilities (knowlege of words, ideas, etc.). The WISC does have a version for children, although IQ tests generally are not valid tests for children younger than about 9 or 10.
Keep in mind that IQ tests were created to identify people at the lower end of the intelligence scale, not the higher end. So, their accuracy at identifying people who have above average intelligence is not as good as their accuracy at identifying people who have below average intelligence.
Finally, IQ tests do not test imagination.
Here's a link to more information about the WISC:

Off of the top of my head I can tell you the Denver II is very good it goes up tp six years of age and cover most of the popular categories of child development. I'm not sure you can get it on line but you can also ask a peditrician. Alos the NAEYC web site may be able to help also. GOOD Luck we are always looking for budding imaginations. Help her to stay with her throughout her life.

There may be but don't waste your time, they are inaccurate to the point of being totally worthless. Work with her, encourage her, enrich her environment, do all you can for her, but save the testing for another couple of years. If you want more information on testing children, google "mensa" to get their website and check the FAQs.

Nothing you do will be accurate at this age. The WISC is your best bet professionally but you'll have to pay for it yourself and even it isn't foolproof. Wait until she enters school. If she's gifted the school will do it then.

Why would you need to know her IQ, exactly? Just do activities that suit her and support her abilities and interests.
