I sure as hell hope they aren't sinless. If they are; then I can't go.
All sinners are allowed in our church. If there were no sinners, there wouldn't be a need for a church. And I don't want to know what anyone elses sins are...neither does our pastor. We aren't here to judge.
A church is a hospital for sinners
Not a museum for saints.

No sins are "allowed" as in a person is allowed to live a lifestyle characterized by sinful behavior. No one is sinless, but say for instance that someone was always engaging in the sin of gossip. It would be the duty of others in the church to point out to that person that gossip is a sin and tell them if they needed help repenting of it they would be willing to help.
Galatians 6:1 Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted. 2 Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.
If the person refuses to repent then a Christian is supposed to get one or more other Christians to confront the person about ongoing sin in their life. If they still refuse to make an effort to turn away then the matter is brought before the church. If they still won't listen then they get kicked out.
Matthew 18:15 "If your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault, between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained your brother. 16 But if he does not listen, take one or two others along with you, that every charge may be established by the evidence of two or three witnesses. 17 If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church. And if he refuses to listen even to the church, let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector.
1 Corinthians 5:11 But now I am writing to you not to associate with anyone who bears the name of brother if he is guilty of sexual immorality or greed, or is an idolater, reviler, drunkard, or swindler--not even to eat with such a one. 12 For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Is it not those inside the church whom you are to judge? 13 God judges those outside. "Purge the evil person from among you."

All people commit sins every day--- a sin being a disrespect to THE GOD.
True Christians are not expected not to sin at all. It is just that our sins are already paid for!

Of course not - no one is sinless except Jesus Christ. There's no such thing as a sin that is "allowed" either. We need Jesus to forgive us

Its not about what's allowed or not allowed.
There are 2 types of sinners.
Type one is happy in their wrongdoing and wouldn't change for all the tea in China.
Type two is regretful and trying their best to stay away from repeating their errors.
Type two is the kind we should want to be.
