yes she is totally as long as she has done nothing to you and if you havent done anything to her then she is definently worth it because if she cries it usually means that it is sincere and obviously means it! if she is like me then she means it if she cries so i would give her a chance if I were you but thats just me

You may have found a very insecure person.
You are drawn into the relationship for the wrong reasons.
She is afraid of breaking up.
She is prepared to put up with anything you can abuse her with.
If you are a good guy, do her a great favour - get her some professional help first.
If you really like her enough to make a commitment, then you need to know what is inside her head, and why she is acting this way.

both discussed the terms was this a relationship or a merger.if she took the blame let her be ,maybe she just wasnt feeling what she needed to be feeling to continue with the terms of your merger.let her go, move on,and next time dont discuss terms as if this was a deal .fins each other date each other do things together fall for each other love each other then marry or live together handfast what ever you and her want to do .but please dont have terms with the relationship that is to impersonal .good luck to you both
