Penny Marshall said it was something they drank in their Bronx neighborhood. I tried it, it tastes something like a black cow. I wouldn't go out of my way to have it again.

nope, but I do drink a Big Dog Cocktail now and then...tastes goooooooood!

BIG DOG COCKTAIL
1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
1 1/2 oz vodka
4 oz chilled milk
1 splash Pepsi cola
Pour the Kahlua and vodka into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Add chilled milk almost to the brim of the glass. Top with a splash of Pepsi cola. Stir, and serve.

I used to when I was younger...I got the idea from Laverne and Shirley. Don't drink it much anymore.

Kinda- at a restaurant where i used to live they would sell Before & Afters. The "Before" would be sprite, milk, and marachino cherry juice and the After would be dr. pepper, milk and marachino juice- they were AWESOME! i think in NYC you can get them in some old soda shop and they are called egg cremes or something even though they dont have egg in them- saw it on Bobby Flay's show on the cooking network.

Yeah, but I always used Coke instead of Pepsi. It's really quite good if you get the right combination. Try it, folks!

In my country, Indonesia: milk (condensed+sweet)+coke or soda water+condensed milk+strawberry syrup='Soda Gembira' (Happy soda). I prefer condensed milk with Sprite.

maybe not milk n pepsi.. try ice cream and pepsi it's like a milk shake..
