There is always going to be some people that have that rare gene that will make them immune to diseases. For example there are people that are immune to getting HIV

I wouldn't call it a genetic immunity but a natural immunity and it is definitely possible. When I started school everyone received a small pox vaccination me included. Over the next 12 years I received about 6 more of those vaccinations and was never able to get one to "take". After the last one my doctor told me not to bother again that I obviously had a natural immunity to that disease.

Some people who are exposed to chicken pox never get it, and do not show antibodies for it. I am not sure if this is considered a genetic immunity, but it may very well be.

I am 23... have been exposed to but never gotten Chicken Pox...

Of course... I may just think that. It's entirely possible that I got them and it was like one or 2 pox and I never noticed... I'd like to think I'm immune though :)
