Hey can anyone help me out with this and teach me something?

Question

I have recently discovered that I can channel. Howver, each time i reach for the source of my power, i get nothing. I can feel it there, but i cannot attain it. Is there ayone who has had experence that can teach me how to do this? Please i want ot get controll, before it controlls me.

.Meditation is an exercise to clear your mind and be able to listen and see. Be sure you are comfortable in a chair or laying down. Ask your God to keep you safe and let your mind become completely blank. This isn't that easy at first. Concentrating on not concentrating is not going blank. But if you persevere, you will begin to hear or see various things that may at first make no sense to you. Soon you will associate these things with a meaning like your very own alphabet. With practice you can converse telepathically at will. Please remember that not everyone out there is a saint. Be sure to always ask for protection, and if something doesn't make sense to you or you feel apprehensive, stop immediately. You should always be in control, that's part of keeping you safe. The good guys will not scare you and have infinite patience. Remember, it has to make sense to you. No games, no gibberish. Stay with the good. Many good books at the library can give you insight into this phenomenon.

Pray to Jesus. Stay away from such channeling business. Just because you CAN do it does not mean it is something you should do.
