Well, I really wouldn't want either, but I am going to have to say headache.
When I have a headache or migraine, they completely debilitate me. I cannot do anything except sit in a dark, quiet room waiting for it to go away. With a toothache you can at least function.

Migraine headaches, at least w/ a toothache you can use some type of numbing stuff. With migraines you can't be in the light, around noise, smell food, or stand up straight, plus nausea comes along w/ mine.

Depends on why, but, as a frequent sufferer of sinus headaches, I'd have to say TOOTHACHE!

i'm going with headache...i merely chose this b/c i tend to get migraines at times....and they're awful. although i can get them to go away...so maybe a toothache is worse due to the fact that only a dentist can take this away...hm.
