Ignore your friends. So they make fun of you, big deal. Maybe they are jealous or sad they don't have a guy or they are just plain mean. No matter, don't let them stop you.

Usually the point in an insult is not to make someone feel bad, but to make the insulter feel better about themselves. By making a negative statement about you, and not about themselves, they're trying to establish that they are in sme way better than you. People with healthy self esteem don't need to insult people to feel better about themselves. They already feel just fine. Your friends are insecure- probably because so many guys like you and not them, and are trying to poke holes in that to make themselves seem just as good if not better than you. Show them how good you really are by nabbing the best of all the guys you have to choose from.

Your friends must be jealous because all the guys like you instead of them. Just talk to your friends and tell them that they hurt your feelings.
