the vaginal lips are long as in hanging out? I have a small lip and it feels great but my friend has them hanging out about 2 in and she is very loud when she gets it. does the excess skin enhance the sensation when it gets rubbed in and out?

I dont think so. Some people are just more vocal, it has nothing to do with the size of the vaginal lips.
