Hi,
If I were in your situation, I would use some baby oil. If you dont have any baby oil, substitute vegetable oil, or even cold cream. Let the oil stay on the mark for about 5 minutes or so, and then rub it off with a paper towel. Try washing it again with soap and water. Don't scrub your hand too hard/too much or you will rub it raw.
Best wishes.

if you have Palmolive or Ajax in your house, put it on the stain on your hand, add water, scrub for 3 min vigorously, and then wash it off and put on some lotion so your hand does not dry out, or just try using rubbing alcohol instead of Palmolive or Ajax.

Try using rubbing alcohol and rub it in good. If that doesn't work, try using cheap hairspray on it.
Both are solvents for certain types of ink (will also work on ballpoint ink )

maybe you used the wrong marker? (maybe it wasn't a washable one... maybe it was a permanent one.) so just wait and let it come of by itself.
