1 ) Don't masturbate
2) Get married
3) God will forgive every sin except for making partners to him providing you repent sincerely
4) Better ask questions like this to the imam at the local mesjid or on Islamic websites.

Masturbation during Ramadan is generally considered a sin, and you're supposed to make up an entire day of fasting because of it.

That said, as former Muslim, don't be so hard on yourself - look into the symbolic aspects of fasting, rather than the legalistic rules.

Masturbation, as far as I'm concerned, is akin to scratching a bad itch on your nose or back. It's an immense relief, and sense of pleasure. The body parts you use just happen to be the body parts you use for sex - but this is just using yourself. Is scratching a bad itch on your nose a sin during fasting hours? No. Ramadan is to gain symathy for the poor, and discipline for the self, but one person's discipline is not the same for another.

Masturbation is healthy - it increases self esteem, peace and kindness in a person (tends to reduce violent tendencies), is healthy, and should be encouraged. I feel a lot more patient after masturbating, and as far as I'm concerned, it's a good thing.

I thought masturbation was haram in Islam? This is something you should ask your minister. I personally don't have a problem with masturbation.
