Nope, people are the source of all evil and not all people are religious.

I'm sure that some of them do. It's true and false in different ways I think. Atheists sometimes feel that religion is the cause of some wars, which is true, of course, but whether they believe that it is the source of all evil, I'm not sure. I was an Atheist for a while, and I believed that religion actually worked like the glue of the world, holding it together with morals.

Evil is a religious term. Without religion, a lot of evil is subjective, not objective. I steal from you because I need/want something. To you what I did was evil, to me it was good.
You might say that evil is a cultural term, but even then it is usually defined by the dominate religion of the culture.
Personally, I'm tempted to believe organized religion has the tendency to be "evil." Too many high expectations and corruptions occur that destroy others beliefs. i.e. the whole priest and little boys thing caused some to lose faith because they held their leader too high and didn't recognize them as being as weak as any other human (I do not mean to make what they did sound right, reasons for something do not excuse the wrongness of doing it.) I know a lot of people who lose faith because of hypocrites.
Some people will blame anything they don't like one something else they don't like, regardless of the reasoning or logic for/against it.
"Atheist" also includes way too many people to have a single clear answer.

I believe personally that religion is the source of all evil because it tears brother away from brother. We fight our friends because we believe differently. Christians, jews, muslims, athiests, etc dont get along because they all believe differently and it seems as though the small differences between beliefs really tear everyone appart. Without religion the world would be a better place because people could accept eachother

Not at all.

I am an atheist and actively encourage people to read the bible.

And, if they are still compelled to have an imaginary friend, to investigate the Mormon church, the most "Christian" of all "Christian" denominations.

And, if they don't like that, check out Islam, the most "Christan" of non-Christian denominations.

And, if they don't like those, check out Unitarians.

But, avoid all "Trinitarian" congregations because they are useless for anything other than as a social club, mostly controlled by liars, thieves and hate-mongers.

I have nothing at all against religion.

No, I don't .

Irrationality and ignorance are the source of all human created evil.

Religion has been the most prominent promoter of these mental defects during the past 4 thousand years, or so....but, it is not the only source.

No. But they do recognize that religion has been used by people to justify their murderous behavior, and it has always been thus, throughout history.

We also recognize that religion inspires many righteous people to do good works, in the name of their religion. Habitat for Humanity is one very good example of the latter.

I pity atheists, for when they die they will suffer in Hell, whether they they believe in anything or not. The only religion in my viewpoint that is correct is christianity. Any others is false teaching.
