A good vet. Honest. It could be any number of things and it's better to be safe than sorry.

Definitely needs to be seen by a vet (unless she just had puppies - that causes hair loss). Skin diseases are notoriously hard to diagnose in person and can never be done if you can't see the dog. If it's mange, the vet has to do a skin scraping to examine the mites with a microscope. the vet will then give you meds and a medicated bath.
If it's intestinal worms, the stool has to be examined to see what kind - again meds. Don't try to do it randomly with over the counter products.
Poor nutrition can cause hair loss, but not usually radical hair loss. I like Nutro - it has no "by products" and is reasonably priced.
There are also serious illnesses which cause hair loss that can only be diagnosed with blood tests and an in-person examination.

How old is your pup? If it is very young I would absolutely not rule out mange. Depending on type, it can be fatal. Do not waste time. Take your dog to a vet for a skin scrape.

Is she under a lot of stress? Is she scratching? Could help more if I had more details. But a good recommendation, take her to the vet.
