They are the same things if you want them to be. It is all a matter of perception.

No, "lord" and "god" are not the same thing, unless you are referring to God as your Lord. And yes, we still need a Father. These are each some of many names which are attributed to God the Father, Jesus the Son and the Holy Spirit. You can find many more names in the Holy Bible.

I believe so. It called Godhead. There is one God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, a unity of three co-eternal Persons. God is immortal, all-powerful, all-knowing, above all and, ever present. He is infinite and more beyond human compredension that we couldn't understand. He is forever worthy of worship, adoration, and service by the whole creation. Deu. 6:4; Matt. 28:19; Cor. 13:14; Eph. 4:4-6; 1 Pet. 1:2;1; 1 Tim. 1:17 and Rev.14:7.

In the King James Bible, when you see LORD (all capital letters) that is the one true God. When you see Lord (capital L only) then that is Jesus, the Son of God.

It is the triune thing. God, formally, is the Creator, Jesus is Lord (ruler) of humanity, Spirit is the comforter, advisor, interceedor. They are actually all one in the same as parts/facets of the whole but eac halso distinctly different.

You may want to try envisioning God as head, Christ as heat , Spirit as hands.

If you had read the scriptures you would have learned that there are three (3) persons in "God"... Father, Son and Holy Ghost

You mis-spelled it.

Lord with a capital 'L'
God with a capital 'G'...

spelled the way you had them could represent any idol within our lives.

God Bless.

** remember, He's not just 'a god'...He's "The God."
**He's not just 'a lord'...He's "The Lord"
