Secure the border.
Screen the illegals.
Deport the undesirables.
Give the rest Amnesty.
If the border is secure and the illegals are given amnesty there will no reason to punish the employer.

Its not going to happen, or at least it had better not. The House Republicans know the deal, the President and the Senate are wrong this time.

Mark these words, if the Republicans let a soft amnesty immigration bill pass, they will get slaughtered in November.

If they hold tough, they will do well.

Yo can talk about Iraq, gas prices whatever, the number one issue that will determine the election this fall is immigration and border security.

No bill is far better then a soft one.

Amnesty solves nothing. It only adds to this problem. We need to prosecute all employers. The illegals alien problem will dry up faster than a puddle in the desert.

Most on this board only talk about illegal aliens but the employers are worse. Neither are above the law and all should be prosecuted.

Yes to both. I got a ticket yesterday. You think I can get amnesty for that?

Both have broken the law, and both need to be punished. Employers moreso, as harsh penalties for them will mean less jobs for illegals, and less of an illegal problem.

You know what I am going to say.

GO AFTER BOTH CRIMINAL AND EMPLOYER. Americans need jobs. Our own should be looked after first.
