Best rule is to dress 1 level up from what you might see there. A pair of Docker style pants and a polo style shirt would be fine. The key is comfort yet class. Be polite and answer all questions while looking the interviewer in the eye, do not look around the room or at your shoes. The questions asked are simple. What would you bring to Subway? Why should we hire you? What kind of personality do you have? All simple if you go in comfortable and confident. They are questions about you. Just answer truthfully and you will have no problem. Best of luck!

Wear something casual but stay away from tank tops, cut offs, jeans until you see what the others are wearing. Try a pair of khaki's and a nice top. Since you'll be serving food keep your hair back or up if it's long.
Some of the things they may ask you are what hours will you be able to work, how far away do you live (do you need to be driven). Managers basically want someone they can depend on to be on time and show up when scheduled. They may also ask you about whether or not you think it's OK to have friends at work while you are on duty, most places frown on this. If you have a cell phone keep it off during the interview. Don't chew gum. These all sound fairly basic but you'd be surprised at how some go to an interview. Think of a few questions to ask the interviewer such as what hours are available, is there more than one person on duty at a time, what about security, cashing out policies at the end of the night, what are some of the duties you'll be performing.
That's all I can think of I hope it helps and hope you get the job.

I had my first job at a subway when I was 15...
I wore Khaki pants and a polo shirt with a collar.
Just dress nice...nice as if you were going to church or an awards ceremony or something like that.
They will ask you simple things like are you a people person?
Do you think you can give good customer service?
Are you on time? Do you have your license (if you can drive)?
Pretty easy. Don't worry, just be yourself and you'll be fine.
Good Luck!
