If you are from the US, you're not going to like this one bit!

Cuba - free everything, including University, with the best-trained medical and science people in the world, bar none.

I would say USA, because it has the most resources... Now the students... that's another story... they are not as ambitious as in other countries... but I went to school in two different countries... and I have learned more in US than anywhere else... it's all a matter of what kind of student you are... you can be mediocre, or a slacker in Japan too. But above all USA has unlimmited resources, and incentives, mostly because of it's policy... communist countries are blocking out knowledge with their stupid ideology and brainwashing stuff!
If you like to learn, this country is a GOLD MINE! Dig it up!

USA only is good in that we care that EVERYONE gets an education. however, USA school systems are very very very slow in comparison to most other countries. the only other difference in the other countries is that, if you cant keep up with the material, no one cares.
so basically, there are more educated ppl in USA, but the ppl in other countries that are educated are smarter than those in the USA.

Cuba produced world's best doctors which qualified them for best med school. But if you talking about education in general, i would say it is bewteen USA, France, Canada, UK, Findland, Germany. Asian schools day are too long, too strict.
