I find that eating a small meal before working out helps. It also helps if you include it with something like an apple or bananna. There are a couple of supplemental products I find are very helpful when working out. Since the duration of your workout depends alot on your calorie intake, it is important to make sure you have some calories in your body prior to working out. Depending on your current calorie intake, you may need an extra calorie boost before hitting the gym. Because I am trying to gain extra mass, I chose Weight Gainer 2200 Gold from GNC. This gives you 2200 calories per serving with low very low fat. This really helps if you take it before hitting the gym.
Another great supplement is Apex Max Workout pills. These babies really helps drive through those intense workouts. I can usually go 2 hours non stop after taking these things. The only bad thing is that you will be WIRED after you take these. If you take it at night, you wont be able to sleep after your workout. Other than that, they are great.

Partially dehydrated chicken fat and skin mixed with decomposing pig scrotum and cow dung all fried to a crispy texture in the byproduct derived from the refining process of crude oil (diesel fuel)... Oh and top it off with a red bull energy drink just for the heck of it!

depends on what u want to gain muscle or mass
if u just want to get big try picking up some creatine at GNC or something, but in small dosis when u start off it gives u energy on your pumps. a really good supliment is NOXPLODE but it's no joke..

Raw egg works good taste horrible. OJ is very good. Chicken breast. Vegetables. Water lots of water.

... fill a large coffee mug with half & half ... microwave it till hot ... add a large helping of chocolate syrup and a spoonful of instant coffee ... it will wake you up in the morning ... yum ...
