i had my baby 8 months ago and at delivery i weighed 180 pnds, i was 123 before i got pregnant. I ham now 135 pnds, and i losing hope that i will ever be my normal weight again. Any moms out there that have experience with this that can tell me yes i will go to my normal weight eventually, or no, there no hope. yikes

Don't lose heart. It is quite normal to put on weight during pregnancy. You are carrying an additional load inside you. On account of this need to carry more weight your movements are also affected. And when you are at home relaxing the kitchen always attracts you resulting to slight overeating. The various medicines taken during pregnancy also lead to weight gain.

Now that you have delivered you must adopt a strict regimen of eating. If lactation is normal don't fall for the Old Wives'tales of gobbling up for the sake of the other life depending upon you.Try to take simple exercises which but do not put unnecessary stress on yourself.The lower abdomen and vagina has recently undergone considerable expansion and it will take some time for it to contract. Exercises will help bring body back to shape and you would be the same sprightly thing you were before pregnancy.

you may never be the same weight. only because bones shift and breast can get bigger and not get smaller. It depends on your body type..... but i was 130 before i had my daughter and i was 150, 6 months after then i had my second child and now 6 months later i'm still 160 .... i keep telling my self it took 9 month + 9 months to put it on it'll take at least than to put it off. (my kids are 15 months apart)

yes- I was 135 before. My baby is 6 months & I weigh 130. But my shape is not even close to the same! My cup size went from B to D :). My waist went from 28in to 34in.:(. Hips are still 40in.
The baby is definitely worth it tho!

you should be able to loose it if you eat right and exercise. Just put baby in the stroller and take a walk around the block every day and you'll start shading those pounds off before you know it.

Yes you will lose the pounds wait till the baby is runing around the pounds will drop of you will see

So you're a little chubby, but you're cute, so take it a day at a time. It'll come off.
