Cut the tail off! Just kidding, the kitten is just playing. Pretty soon the kitten will be fat, old and lazy, way to tired to chase a real mouse!!!

Get a rubber band and twist it over and over and over and over again on the cats tail until you can't do it anymore. In about a week the tail should fall off.
