Seems the Bible itself says NO!
Matthew 28:12-15 "When the chief priests had met with the elders and devised a plan, they gave the soldiers a large sum of money, telling them, 'You are to say, "His disciples came during the night and stole him away while we were asleep." If this report gets to the governor, we will satisfy him and keep you out of trouble.' So the soldiers took the money and did as they were instructed. And this story has been widely circulated among the Jews to this very day."

I see. How "Loving" are you, Christians, I'll burn in hell, death for me and cursing. How very tolerant and nice of you.

Thank you so much asking this. Christians are some of the most narrow-minded beings on the planet. They don't even take the time to truly study and understand what their own Holy Book is trying to reveal to them. They are so quick to bash people who disagree with anything the believe the Bible to say....isn't this the exact opposite of how your God (who you really feel is Jesus, not God him/herself) wants you to treat the so-called "disbelievers"? Aren't you supposed to model your life after Jesus? In my opinion, you are all just a bunch of upright walking contradictions and I'm TIRED OF IT!!!

But to answer your brilliant question, of course the Bible says Jesus was NOT crucified in the exact passage you noted. It also says you shouldn't eat pork (but every Christian I know does), that Jesus was NOT the son of God (God could make a rock pregnant if he looked at it and said "be pregnant". This is what he did to Mary. God is not Mary's baby's daddy....God would not have a child out of wedlock since he looks so unfavorably on it. God has no need to put himself on a moral's level and have a child. He is God and if he wishes it to be it will be) Jesus was a divine, wonderful prophet.....and his role ends there. He is not God....he is not the Son of God....he was and is a divine messenger Christains no very little about.....and they're satisfied with that.

The passage you're quoting is referring to the resurrection, not the crucifixion. It is an explanation for why Jews do not believe Jesus was resurrected AFTER the crucifixion, because it "has been widely circulated among the Jews to this very day" that "His disciples came during the night and stole him away while we were asleep" as in, Jesus was not actually resurrected, according to the Jews, the disciples just moved His body to make it appear as though Jesus had risen again. It doesn't have anything to do with the crucifixion.

That said, there are some alternative theories about the end of the life of Jesus. This does not happen to be one of them. ;)

your are twisting what the Bible says about Jesus' crucifixion. What you are qouting from the Bible is AFTER he has been crucified. However I can tell you this much.. His legs were not broken as was customary at that time, as He had already died. The passage you are quoting is after the priests and pharisees have discovered that Christ's body is gone. If you read a little bit closer about the empty tomb, you will find out that Jesus' death clothes were still in the tomb, still in the "shape" they would be if covering a body, but flat for lack of a body.

Go back and read the Gospel of Matthew from, say, Chapter 26 to the end and you'll have your answer.

Not only that, there are historical records that show that a man fitting Jesus' demographic description was crucified by the Romans in that region at about that time.

John 19: 6, 10, 15-16, 18, 20, 23, 32, 41

6 When the chief priests therefore and officers saw him, they acried out, saying, Crucify him, crucify him. Pilate saith unto them, Take ye him, and crucify him: for I find no bfault in him.

10 Then saith Pilate unto him, Speakest thou not unto me? knowest thou not that I have power to crucify thee, and have power to release thee?

15 But they cried out, Away with him, away with him, acrucify him. Pilate saith unto them, Shall I crucify your King? The chief priests answered, We have no bking but Caesar.

16 Then delivered he him therefore unto them to be crucified. And they took Jesus, and led him away.

18 Where they crucified him, and two other with him, on either side one, and Jesus in the midst.

20 This title then read many of the Jews: for the place where Jesus was crucified was nigh to the city: and it was written in Hebrew, and Greek, and Latin.

23 Then the soldiers, when they had crucified Jesus, took his garments, and made four parts, to every soldier a part; and also his coat: now the coat was without seam, woven from the top throughout.

32 Then came the soldiers, and brake the legs of the first, and of the other which was crucified with him.

41 Now in the place where he was crucified there was a garden; and in the garden a new asepulchre, wherein was never man yet laid.

Yes, He really was crucified and killed.

It was the conduct of some religious leaders in his day that prompted Jesus to warn against the unforgivable sin. But they did not heed his warning. In fact, they had him killed. Later they heard undeniable evidence that the holy spirit had done something miraculous. They were told that Jesus had been brought back from the dead! It was clear that Jesus was the Christ! Still, they acted wickedly against the holy spirit by paying the Roman soldiers to lie about Jesus’ resurrection.—Matthew 28:11-15.

The bible is saying the orthodox preists that did not believe in Jesus being the Messiah bribe the soldiers to lie about the disappearance of the body. This was all post crucifixion, not instead of a crucifixion.

Re-read the verses! It said that the cheifs PAID the roman soldiers to lie saying that the disciples stole the body. Also, If Jesus wasn't crucified, then why would they risk their lives to keep a lie going? Seriously! Would you be willling to die for a lie?

Yes, you are quite right.

Yuz Asaf/Issa/Jesus escaped crucifixion (with the help of his disciples - like Judas) and eventually settled in India. Just before dying at the age of eighty, he declared that he was the Galilean Messiah.

The whole crucifixion story was furthered and empowered by Group Entities of angels to elevate Jesus from a prophet to a god.

In truth, despite his various Gifts of the Spirit (Healing, Charisma, Telekinesis), Issa was never more than an angel prophet. He never evolved into Sainthood and he never went on to embrace God Realization. That is why he has never returned in the flesh NOW and why he has failed to stop many ministers, priests and nuns - who preach in his name no less - from sexually molesting and in some cases raping thousands of innocent children around the world.

The bottom line is that Issa/Jesus/Yuz Asaf is a FALSE GOD.

Hmmm...wasn't this after he was crucifued and resurrected? I think that verse was talking about them saying he didn't rise from the dead. The Bible gives a very detailed description of the way he was crucified.

Dunno about me being intolerant, but it kinda bugs me when others call me that... since neither one of us is telepathic...

Anyway, back to your question- The verses you're quoting happened after Jesus was crucified and resurrected.

The chief priests paid the Roman soldiers to lie about the resurrection, so they wouldn't get in trouble for misplacing a body- "Let's blame His followers for stealing the body..."
