'They can't DO anything while on crack or some other substances....so 'they' wouldn't be 'hear'....THEY GET TO WRAPPED UP IN THEMSELVES AND PLAY GOD BACAUSE THEY KNOW LESS AND LESS ABOUT WHAT THEY DIDN'T KNOW TO START WITH....
