After having a baby I could use a support group to help lose that weight?? Any suggestions?

U know what i have that same question but i want a site thats for free. I was even willing to start one but just need ppl. But if u find one please let me know because when i asked that question i only got one answer about eat right or somthing.

Have you ever seen the show The Biggest Loser on NBC? Their online weight loss group is pretty cool. Good Luck!

you could to dwlz.com it's all about weight watchers and it's free or you can go to 3fatchicks.com where other diets besides ww have a board

I have had several friends tell me that weight watchers online is really good.
