cut off your legs, there goes 40 pounds quick
There's not a quick and easy way to lose weight. There's no such thing as a miracle pill that will take it all away. The trick to losing weight is to get up and be more active. You must change your entire life style. Eat better, sleep better, work out, etc. This goes for both mentally and physically. The more you do things, the better you will feel about yourself.

I will give you the answer - - - don't eat so much. I'm serious, eat whatever you want in small portions, don't eat late at night and don't eat snacks between meals. And get some moderate exercise.
