If sex is a human trait, and everyone has sexual desires and wants then why has the church and "god" deemed it disgusting or wrong? It's a beautiful natural act that shouldn't be shunned or rejected.

If god had an orgasm it just wouldn't seem right to yell out, "Oh god, oh god, oh god.........." That's why god says its dirty. Jealousy.

You have been miss informed...

God doesn't deem sex as dirty or bad. It's is to be shared in Holy matrimony. In a committed (for life) relationship. It is a bond or cohesion in a marriage.

Sex outside of marriage is fornication. It's a sin. Sex will cloud you mind and judgment.

Sex isn't bad when you are with your spouse.

You really might consider reading the Bible. It's got all the right information. You have been fed a lie; and it looks like you believe the lie.

Grace to you and God Bless!

Why do religions claim that sex is dirty and wrong when it is natural? Because it is a method of control that has believers self-reinforce their beliefs.

Sex is a strong instinct that everyone feels the pull of. However, repressing this instinct does not cause any physical harm to a person. By making someone think that sex is wrong, whenever that person thinks about sex (which everyone will), they will pray to their god for guidance or strength. This is a self-reinforcing behavior. It is tactics like this that cause people go from simple believers to fanatics. It is a form of "blaming the victim".

You can see similar self-reinforcing tactics when people are told to fast and then pray for strength. Or the classic one: if you doubt your religion, then you aren't praying hard enough.

It is natural and beautiful and God does not say it is dirty and wrong... Unless... it is done outside of marriage.
Many times in the Bible it talks about "rejoicing with the wife of your youth" and describes sex as a way to show love for one another. But God said it is a gift only to be enjoyed by married people.

Sex isn't dirty or wrong, as long as it's done in a scriptural marriage.

Hebrews 13:4 Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.

God says it's wrong? I don't think so. Read the Song of Solomon. It's all about the beauty of married love (including but not limited to sex).

Its not that God thinks its so nasty and wrong. In the Bible It says that Sex is for married people that love and care for one another. That a man and a women should for feel there sexual desire between one another and only with that person, who they are committed to for life or until death do them part.Men came up with the general idea that it is natural and human,so that it would be okay to fornicate or have sex out of wedlock.

Those are two different question!!!

I've never heard God say sex is dirty or wrong. She's NEVER intervened and asked me to stop or talked to me about her concern on the side!! This can only mean she must approve, no?

The church of God is an entirely different question with a very simple but not uneducated answer!!! Organized religion manipulates for it's own purpose!!!

Who informed you that God thinks sex is dirty and wrong? The Christian church has always upheld families and procreation (which happens best through sex). The thing that the Church takes issue with is promiscuity, polyamory, and the like. It's very interesting, also, to realize that this is the ONE thing that almost ALL of the world's religions agree on.

God does not say sex is wrong. He created sex. It is the misuse of the gift of sex that is wrong. Sex outside of marriage, or extra marital sex, perversion etc. God has a time and a place and a purpose for sex and inside of Gods will sex is a beautiful wonderful thing, not a dirty disgusting thing.

The garden of eden fable was based on people called the Anannaki, mining gold in that region. They thought humans had sex too much when they wanted them to be working, thus the shame of sex. In the original version, Eve was a male and the "snake" a member of the Anannaki trying to help humanity escape from these evil rulers.

The early writers of the bible took this story and changed it to fit their needs. The true creator of the universe created sex so why in the world would thee call it evil too?

Yes sex is natural to satisfy humans' erosions. God says it's wrong outside of marriage. That was his design for married couples. And the fact is God loves his creation and he wants the better life for you, the reason he disigned it that way is so that you wouldn't have to worry about diseases, and promiscuity is wrong and it destroys families, and your reputation. But if you've already committed that sin, God provided a away to forgive you from it and every other you've committed, and that's through the washing of his son's blood Jesus who died on the cross for your sins. God never said it wasn't natural and beautiful. I don't know what church you've been attending but not religiously, God did design it for pleasure in his sight in marriage.
