There's a great resource called Shadowlands, with haunted areas you can search by state and by town. The link is below.

Well, probably the most famous place that is said to be haunted, in your area, is a bit east of Covina - at the junction of Montclair and Rancho Cucamonga, in Bear Gulch. It's the Sycamore Inn, on Baseline Road.

Here the widow of one of the area's first ranchers was done out of her inheritance by unscrupulous adventurers just before the California-Mexican War. Here the Pony Express arrived in Southern California - and a year later, the Butterfield Stage line took over. Here Confederate sympathizers plotted to attack Union troops and supply trains. Here a man was murdered enroute to Los Angeles, and his body left beside the wagon track in the brush. In the rooms of the restaurant still standing today, another man was murdered in cold blood, and then his attackers in turn shot by a deputy sheriff.

And oh, by the way - the Sycamore Inn has probably the only substantial wine cellar including vintages grown in the Cucamonga area before the wine industry was overrun by development. AND - it sure has GOOD food!

Go on over for a visit - stand beneath the huge sycamore tree out front, close your eyes ... and remember .....
