No butter, No lard, No salt, No artifical color or favor , No MSG
I do not care which is first or last on the label or order.
The best food is when it is just picked for eating or just catched for cooking. After a few hours, it's dead ! So, if it is a week old from the refrig than it is -----------------.
Do you know why food are put in the refrig for ? Slow the down

My next meal. I look forward to new eating experiences. Recently My wife was diagnosed with Celiac disease (wheat allergy) so I am learning to exist without wheat, which is an interesting challenge.
