K- if your into healthy foods. stick with vegies such as celery carrots brocoli. basically anything cold. you might like some low fat ranch?
cook some chicken the night before and put it in a sandwhich. do you like yogurt. fruit? make fruit salad the night before! it tastes great alllll year around. you can bring noodles and other things in a lunch bag. or make some soup put it in a thermus and enjoy! the soup is great especially when its cold. and bring some crackers if you like. also....rice cakes. they're very versitile and you can put an assortment of different foods on them. quaker rice cakes are the lower cals that i've found and they taste great. also their are some recipies on the quaker site which give you some fun ideas so that you dont get bored with the foods your eating. i recommend my favorites. which is tuna with relish mustard on top of a rice cake with a slice of low fat cheese on top. And if your more into foods which are a little more. "satisfying" [not that the above is not] but cold pizza is AWESOME at lunch. g0t rice? how about mac 'n' cheese? bagles are also good and they fill you up. and how about if your still craving that good ol' pb n j. but you dont want it EXACTLY the same. try new bread! wheat white french ciabata rolls sub sandwhich rolls.... you get the idea? and also on a bagle. and....deli cheese sandwhich since you dont like meat :) classic. so hun. all you really need to do is put your thinking cap on. get some ideas from recipe sites. their are actually some sites which have lunch recipies on them. just for you. OH YEAH.... uh. 7 layer dip and chips anyone?(just leave out the meat)
hope i helped!

Since you said no meat... http://veganlunchbox.blogspot.com/ has tons of great vegan lunch ideas, though it seems like many would be a lot of work and take a lot of preparation.
Otherwise... rice, salads, pasta, beans, burritos, tofu nuggets, mock chicken nuggets or hot dogs, sandwiches with mock meat. You could also get microwaveable meals, but pasta is probably the only one you'll find without meat.

What about a bagel with some cream cheese? Or good ol' cheese and crackers? Or an egg salad sandwich?
