blending.... juicing is really good for giving you all the vitamins, but because it retains a lot of the edible fleshy parts of the fruit/vegetable it holds back a lot of the really good fibre that you would get if you were just to blend the whole of the item. Blending gives you both the fibre and the vitamins.

idk. i think they're both the same. blending just mashes everything 2gother and juicing just squeezes the juice out of fruits and possibly veggies. i think juicing and healthier 4 u

Neither. Eat the fruit/veggie raw, you get more out of it nutritionally.
